AlgoLaser designed the Alpha 22W specifically for hobbyist enthusiasts. To ensure beginners can get started easily, AlgoLaser guarantees easy assembly and includes a comprehensive manual in the package detailing each step. User-friendliness and easy maintenance are clearly the focus here.

The 67,4 x 58,5 centimeter construction gains stability through solid aluminum elements. With a working area of 40 x 40 centimetres, the laser engraver offers enough space for precise engraving and cutting work.
Powerful COS technology
The heart of the Alpha 22W is undoubtedly its second generation COS technology. By combining the beams of four 5W laser diodes, it creates a laser beam that is an impressive 40% more accurate. Even with an output of just 3%, the device generates a fine laser point of 0,05 x 0,06 millimeters, which does not exceed 0,16 x 0,14 millimeters even at full power.
More precise than the competition in many areas.
The Alpha 22W cuts and engraves a wide variety of materials effortlessly. Pine wood cuts through the power pack with a thickness of up to 30 millimeters and black acrylic even up to 45 millimeters thick.
But the Alpha 22W's capabilities aren't just limited to its cutting power. It also impresses with its incredible engraving speed and achieves impressive values of up to 24.000 millimeters per minute or 400 millimeters per second.
Particularly high cutting power.
To ensure the highest level of safety during operation, it has a number of safety features that switch off the laser immediately in the event of a problem. An opaque protective glass on the laser module prevents laser beams from escaping.
An additionally integrated Air Assist that blows air onto the work area not only increases the efficiency but also the quality of the cutting and engraving work.

Fast mainboard with WLAN and app
The Alpha 22W is powered by the powerful ALGO LASER V2.1 mainboard, which is equipped with a WLAN module. This not only allows print files to be transferred using conventional methods such as a memory card or USB, but also conveniently via WLAN.
A fast motherboard for fast work.
The specially developed AlgoLaser app is available for download in the usual app stores for seamless and remote-controlled operation of the laser engraver. In addition to this proprietary application, the Alpha 22W is also compatible with popular software solutions such as LaserGRBL and LightBurn.
