There's a new star in the e-bike sky: The Eleglide M2. With many technical improvements over the Eleglide M1, the Chinese Eleglide has created an affordable e-mountain bike that even steals the show from the competition.
Powerful hub drive
The heart of the M2 is its powerful brushless motor, which produces up to 55Nm of torque and a maximum instantaneous power of 570W. This allows the bike to reach a top speed of 25km/h and also provides enough power to support you going uphill. Five levels of support and a 6 km/h walking mode give the driver scope in every setting.
But that's not all. A 570 Wh lithium-ion battery that can be removed for charging ensures a range of up to 125 km in assist mode. It surpasses its predecessor, the M1, by a whopping 25km while reducing frequent reloading.
Optimal suspension
Not only the performance, but also the comfort has been improved in the Eleglide M2. Large 27,5" wheels and wide 2,4" pneumatic tires ensure grip and stability on trails. A 24-speed Shimano gear covers a wide range of everyday and sporty driving.
Good suspension is also essential. Here, the Eleglide M2 offers a lockable suspension fork with 100 mm of travel, with which the bike adapts perfectly to the respective road conditions. Hydraulic disc brakes provide more control and better heat dissipation than traditional mechanical brakes.
Smart features
An intelligent LCD display provides the driver with real-time information such as speed, distance traveled and remaining battery power. One of the highlights of the M2, however, is the linked mobile app.
It allows you to lock the bike and adjust settings directly from your smartphone. The app can also be used to view ride details, adjust the pedal system mode and control the bike's lights.
