News from AVAKA. The e-bike manufacturer has released the AVAKA R3 e-commuter, a stylish e-bike specially designed for everyday use. The R3 with a classic diamond frame uses little material and tips the scales at a light 25,4 kilograms.
The e-bike is powered by a 350 watt hub motor that accelerates to up to 32 km/h. AVAKA specifies the range as up to 70 kilometers in pedal-assisted mode. Up to 35 kilometers are possible purely electrically.
A 36V 12,5 Ah battery integrated into the down tube makes it possible. There it can be easily removed and charged separately from the e-bike. The charging time is 5-6 hours.
The Avaka R3 is also equipped with mechanical disc brakes, which offer a dual system of front and rear disc brakes. They ensure fast heat dissipation and automatic power off.
The AVAKA R3 promises comfort and safety on any surface thanks to its 700C x 40C millimeter wheels. In addition, the R3 has a front suspension fork that effectively reduces vibrations.
The features of the Avaka R3 are rounded off by an intelligent LCD display that supports the driver with all relevant data. According to the IPX5 quality standard, the display and battery are protected from dust and water.
