About Zepp Flow
Artificial intelligence was the central theme of this year's Mobile World Congress. Zepp Health, the company behind the popular smartwatch brand Amazfit, used the platform to introduce its latest AI features to the public.
Wayne Huang, CEO of Zepp Health, emphasized the company's goal of developing technologies that simplify everyday use of wearables. An example of this is Zepp Flow, an LLM-based voice assistant that does not require specific commands. Instead, users can communicate with Zepp Flow in their own, natural language.
How Zepp Flow works
- Natural conversation: Unlike traditional voice assistants, Zepp Flow allows users to express themselves freely without having to use specific command phrases.
- Efficient recognition: Zepp Flow recognizes user speech quickly and accurately, ensuring smooth and responsive interaction.
- Accurate understanding: All users have to do is describe what they want, and Zepp Flow will recognize their intent and provide the most appropriate answer.
Zepp Flow enables a variety of interactions designed to simplify and enrich daily life. Here are some examples:
- Scheduling: "Schedule a meeting for Monday at 9 a.m."
- Reply to notifications: "Reply with 'I'll be there soon'."
- Time management: “Set a timer for ten minutes.”
- Weather check: "What will the weather be like this afternoon?"
- Fitness tracking: “What is my current pace?”
- Understanding Wellness: “How long was my REM sleep phase last night?”
- Free conversation: "Suggest me a good dinner recipe for weight loss."
- Set system mode: "I'm going to sleep. No notifications please."
