Today vivo officially confirmed that the vivo X90 Pro will also come to Europe. The hardware details mentioned in this article were also confirmed.
The smartphone is scheduled to appear in Germany at the end of March. The manufacturer did not give an exact release date. The price also remains unknown.
From China, via Global, to us
The vivo X90 Pro could appear in Germany much earlier than previously thought. After the vivo X80 Pro (our test) only appeared in Germany in July 2022, this time vivo seems to undercut the usual 1-year release cycle.
Already last year, on November 22, 2022, the company released the vivo X90 Series in China. The vivo X90, the vivo X90 Pro and the vivo X90 Pro+ were presented as the new vivo flagship smartphones.
On February 03, 2023, the vivo X90 and vivo X90 Pro followed as the flagship for the global market. As was the case with the previous models, the vivo X90 Pro+ did not make it across the borders of China.
Leaker names price, memory and color
Just a few days ago, the leaker "SnoopyTech" announced the European market launch of the vivo X90 Pro via Twitter. Accordingly, it should appear as the only smartphone in the series for around 1100 - 1200 euros in Europe.

The leaker has also decided on the color and storage equipment. Only the variant with 12/256 GB of memory should be available in the color "Legendary Black". The leaker did not give a release date.
vivo Europe teases the vivo X90 Pro
However, there is now a concrete indication of a very soon release from vivo itself. All of vivo's European social media channels have started to tease the vivo X90 Pro.

The teaser published today on Instagram and Twitter shows the vivo X90 Pro in "Legendary Black" with the #ComingSoon . In the next few days, vivo's marketing campaign will probably pick up speed, so that a European release at the end of February or beginning of March is likely.
vivo X90 Pro features
In terms of equipment, the European model will probably not differ from the global variant. When it comes to the display, we assume that we will be dealing with a 6,78-inch, 1300 nits bright and 120 Hz fast Samsung E6 AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels.
The smartphone is 164.07×74.53×9.34 mm in size and weighs 214,85 g.
The smartphone is probably powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9200, which competes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 in terms of performance. The battery has a size of 4.870 mAh and can be charged to 120 percent in just 8 minutes with 50 watt FlashCharge. Wireless charging is supported with up to 50 watts.

The focus is once again on the camera equipment, which promises a high level of image quality thanks to vivo's in-house vivo V2 ISP. On the back is a 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor with 50 MP resolution, an f/1.5 aperture and optical image stabilization as the main camera.
The software forms Funtouch OS 13 on Android 13 basis.
In addition, the vivo X90 Pro offers a 50 MP Sony IMX758 in 1/2,4 inch format and a bright f/1.6 aperture for portraits and lossless zoom. For ultra-wide-angle shots, the vivo X90 Pro uses a 12 MP Sony IMX663. Selfies can be taken with the 32 MP front camera.
