The MateBook X Pro
The top model of the MateBook series is aimed primarily at users who need a lot of power and want to get through the day well. The notebook weighs 1,33 kg and is 14,6 mm thin, which makes it a light and space-saving companion. The metal housing of the X Pro model is CNC milled and sandblasted. The notebook appears in a matt space gray finish.

The Huawei MateBook X Pro is characterized by the Ultra FullView display. The slim frame of the display achieves a screen-to-body ratio of 91%. The display has an aspect ratio of 3: 2, which is quite unusual for laptops. The ratio of the housing to the screen is made possible by the retractable camera, which is located in the F-key row.
The 13,9" LTPS panel has a resolution of 3000 x 2000 pixels. The display also has a 10-point multi-touch surface with which the device can also be operated using swipe gestures. This means, for example, that screenshots can be taken with a finger gesture become.
The technology under the hood
The 7th generation Intel Core i10510-10U works inside the laptop. In addition, 16 GB of RAM are installed. The graphics performance is provided by the 2GB NVIDIA GeForce MX250.
The 56 Wh battery should supply the laptop with power. If the juice gets scarce, the included 65 watt Type-C charger recharges the laptop. The charger has the Huawei Supercharge function, with which certain smartphones, such as the Huawei Mate 30 Pro, P30 Pro or the Mate X, can be charged. In addition, the new laptop has Bluetooth 5.0 and 4 speakers.
Huawei MateBook 13 and 14
Both laptops are milled from a metal like the MateBook X Pro and should score with a timeless design. The two devices appear in a matte gray, which is called Space Gray.
The displays
Like their big brother, the two new additions also have a FullView display. The 14-inch display achieves 90% screen-go-body ratio. The smaller model achieves 88%. The display of the 13" model has a resolution of 200 ppi at 2160 x 1440 pixels. The larger 14" model offers 188 ppi with the same resolution. Both displays appear bright with up to 300 nits and have a contrast ratio of 1:1.000.
Like the MateBook X Pro, the two laptops come with an aspect ratio of 3: 2. The camera is also buried in the keyboard of both laptops.
What is in the devices?
The MateBook 13 hides the processor and the GPU in an approximately 1,3 kilo and 286 x 211 x 14,9 mm case. The technology of the MateBook 14 slumbers in a 307,5 x 223,8 x 15,9 mm metal case and weighs 1,49 kg.
Both devices are equipped with an Intel Core processor. 8 or 16 GB of RAM then work inside. A PCIe SSD is also installed.
The graphics performance is taken over by the NVIDIA GeForce MX 250 (TDP 25W) graphics card with 2 GB GDDR5.
A 56 Wh battery is installed for the power supply. This should supply the MateBooks with video for 14,7 hours or provide electricity for up to 10,7 hours of surfing the Internet.
The 65 W Type-C charger is the same one that comes with the MateBook X Pro. This also has the Huawei SuperCharge function.
When do the devices appear?
The MateBook X Pro should appear in April 2020 with both the Intel CoreTM i5 and the Intel CoreTM i7. The X Pro model also receives a 512GB or 1 terabyte SSD. The Huawei MateBook 13 and 14 notebooks receive an Intel CoreTM i5 and Intel CoreTM i7.
