HONOR 90 & HONOR 90 Lite
A week after the successful launch in China, HONOR Germany is ramping up to launch the new HONOR 90 smartphone series. The first hints of the new models, the HONOR 90 and HONOR 90 Lite , can already be found on the company's official website and social media channels.
On the product page, the HONOR 90 will be listed in black, while the HONOR 90 Lite will appear in a bright cyan lake, i.e. light turquoise. However, details on price and equipment as well as the exact release date in Germany are still pending. It is very likely that the features of the HONOR 90 will be very similar to the Chinese HONOR 90.
Equipment
The smartphone sports a bright 6,7-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2664×1200 pixels and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. A well-performing Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chip is hidden under the hood, which offers sufficient performance in most applications. In addition, the device supports WiFi 6, 5G mobile communications and NFC.
The built-in 5000 mAh battery can be charged quickly with 66 watts, which promises a long service life. The camera system of the HONOR 90 is particularly noteworthy. There are three sensors on the back, with the Samsung ISOCELL HP3 main sensor having an impressive resolution of 200 megapixels.
There is also a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front camera has a resolution of 50 megapixels and should therefore more than meet the demands of selfie lovers.
No Pro model, but Lite model
However, it is to be expected that the more powerful Pro model, equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, 90 watt fast charging and advanced camera sensors, will not find its way to Germany.
On the other hand, the HONOR 90 Lite, which is identifiable as the Chinese HONOR X50i on the teaser and is already available in China for less than 200 euros, is a promising option for budget-conscious users.
More details on the availability and pricing of the HONOR 90 Series are expected soon.

I bought the Honor 50 at the time and was very satisfied with the device. The only thing I didn't like about Honor was the updates. Devices from Samsung, for example, are supplied faster, which is why I switched to Samsung in the meantime. Do you already know how this is handled with the Honor 90?
