Xiaomi 14T Pro: Strong camera meets top performance
The Xiaomi 14T Pro impresses with a versatile triple camera system that covers five focal lengths from 15 mm to 120 mm. The heart of the system is the 50MP main camera with a bright ƒ/1.6 aperture and Leica Summilux optics. The Light Fusion 900 image sensor in 1/1.31" size captures up to 32 percent more light than its predecessor, which should lead to better shots in poor lighting conditions.
For videographers, Xiaomi highlights the MasterCinema mode, which records 4K videos with 10-bit HDR, among other things. Advanced functions such as Cinematic Blur and Rack Focus are intended to enable a cinematic experience.
Performance and battery
Under the hood is the flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor. It offers 37 percent higher multi-core CPU performance than its predecessor. The 5000 mAh battery supports 120W HyperCharge and can be fully charged in just 19 minutes. For the first time in the T series, wireless charging with 50W is also possible.
Display and design
The 6,67-inch AMOLED CrystalRes display offers a 1,5K resolution (2712 x 1220) and a variable refresh rate of up to 144Hz. With a peak brightness of 4000 nits, it ensures clear images even in bright sunlight. The device is also protected against water and dust according to IP68 and has a robust metal frame.
Xiaomi 14T: The cheaper alternative with top features
The Xiaomi 14T shares many features with the Pro model, but has slightly slimmed down features. The 50MP main camera comes with an ƒ/1.7 aperture and Leica Summilux lens. There is also a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a telephoto lens for versatile shooting options.
Processor and battery
Inside is the new AI processor MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra, which increases CPU performance by 20 percent and GPU performance by 60 percent. The 5000 mAh battery supports 67W HyperCharge for fast wired charging. Wireless charging is missing here.
Common features
Both models benefit from Xiaomi's AISP platform for optimized image processing and support the UltraHDR format. They offer advanced AI functions such as AI interpreter for translations and AI image editing. The Xiaomi HyperOS operating system has been improved with over 600 optimizations and promises a 9,8 percent higher system speed. Both devices will receive major updates and security patches for four and five years respectively.

The Xiaomi 14T series is now available. The Xiaomi 14T Pro starts at 799,90 euros (RRP) for the 12GB+256GB variant, while the Xiaomi 14T is available from 649,90 euros (RRP) for 12GB+256GB
