XGIMI launches pre-order phase for TITAN Noir series: 4K projectors with dual iris system

Published by Timo Altmeyer on the 24. April 2026

XGIMI has launched the pre-order phase for its new TITAN Noir 4K projector series. The series was first showcased at CES 2026 and, according to the manufacturer, brings the “Dual Intelligent Iris System” to the home cinema market as a world first.

Focus on contrast and image quality

At the heart of the new technology is a dual aperture control that intelligently regulates the amount of light entering the lens. This allows the TITAN Noir to achieve a native contrast ratio of up to 10.000:1, resulting in deeper blacks and more realistic rendering in dark scenes.

The top model TITAN Noir Max uses an RGB triple laser light source and, according to XGIMI, achieves a brightness of up to 7.000 ISO lumens, which means that even large image diagonals can be projected in bright environments.

Features also include support for Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and IMAX Enhanced, as well as high color accuracy with wide color gamut coverage. Furthermore, refresh rates of up to 240 Hz are possible, which should be particularly interesting for gaming. Functions such as lens shift, optical zoom, and lens memory are designed to facilitate flexible home theater setup.
