Interchangeable lenses and flexible installation

The VisionMaster Max is the first projector in its class with interchangeable glass lenses. The system supports a throw ratio of 0,9–2,0:1, allowing for both short-throw projection in smaller spaces and longer-distance installations. Lens interchange is achieved via a bayonet mount, which is also compatible with lenses from other manufacturers.

Improved image technology

Compared to its predecessor, the VisionMaster Pro 2, the Valerion has significantly increased contrast values. The native contrast ratio rises to 5.000:1, and with "Enhanced Black Level" technology enabled, it rises to 50.000:1. This is thanks to the new NoirScene engine with a precision IRIS and optimized stray light shielding. The brightness is now 3.500 ISO lumens.

According to the manufacturer, the anti-RBE technology eliminates 99,99 percent of the rainbow effects typical of DLP displays. Valerion aims to improve the display of dark scenes and fast image changes.

equipment and connections

The projector covers 110 percent of the REC 2020 color space, supports HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and IMAX Enhanced, and is ISF-certified. The screen size ranges from 40 to 300 inches. Important for gamers, the input lag at 1080p at 240 Hz is just 4 ms.

The interfaces include two HDMI 2.1 ports, one HDMI 2.0 with eARC, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, S/PDIF, and Ethernet. Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, AirPlay 2, and Chromecast. The platform runs Google TV, providing access to popular streaming services.

Wireless surround system

Alongside the projector, Valerion is bringing the ThunderBeat 5.1.2 wireless sound system to Europe. It works with Dolby Atmos, operates wirelessly, and is designed to keep latency low. It is priced at €1.298; a 4.1.2 version without a center speaker costs €999.
