Nothing is expanding its current smartphone series with another model. The Nothing Phone (3a) Lite will be officially unveiled on Wednesday, October 29, at 14 p.m. Alongside the regular Phone (3a) and the more powerful Phone (3a) Pro, the Lite model is intended to offer an even more affordable option.

Entry price expected below 300 euros

Officially, Nothing has remained tight-lipped about technical details and pricing. However, according to recent leaks from France, the Phone (3a) Lite will be available in Europe for under €250. The market launch is expected on November 4th. Two color variants, including black and white, and a single storage configuration with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage are expected.

MediaTek Dimensity 7300 in use

A Geekbench entry provides initial clues about the hardware. A device with the model name Nothing A001T has surfaced, including a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor and Android 15. The somewhat low benchmark results indicate that this is likely still a pre-production device, so slightly higher performance can be expected with the final software.

Simplified design with LED element

Visually, Nothing also remains true to its line. According to rumors, the Phone (3a) Lite will feature a transparent back, but will apparently forgo the elaborate glyph LED strips of the more expensive models. Instead, a single notification LED is expected to light up for incoming calls and messages.

Positioning within the series

With the Phone (3a) Lite, Nothing extends the 3 series downwards. While the Phone (3) (for Test) as flagship costs around 799 euros and the Phone (3a Pro) (for Test) is available starting at around 459 euros, the Lite model is clearly positioned in the entry-level segment. Price-wise, it competes with devices such as the CMF Phone 2 Pro (for Test), which Nothing subsidiary CMF offers for 249 euros.
