LONGER Orange 4K Product Details
With the LONGER Orange 3K, the 4D printer manufacturer "LONGER" has an extremely inexpensive yet well-equipped resin 3D printer in its range. The 3D printer is available as a COLOR and MONO model, which differ in accuracy and printing speed.
The 5,5" LC display of the 3D printer has a resolution of 4K, among other things, and achieves prints with 31,5 (COLOR) / 10,5 (MONO) micrometer (µm) accuracy. The high accuracy is achieved LONGER by the 31,5 .10,5 µm is divided into three smaller subpixels of XNUMX µm each.
Uniform exposure is achieved with a parallel UV light source. The exposure is controlled by the algorithm integrated in the LONGERWARE firmware, resulting in high-precision prints with an outstanding level of detail.
The dimensions of the LONGER Orange 4K are 23 x 23 x 43,7 cm, so the printer doesn't take up too much space. The frame is made of aluminum. Two guide rods ensure high stability when printing. The 3D printer is operated via a 2,5" touch display.
It is connected via USB-A. Other connection standards are not supported. With the slicer you have the free choice between LONGERWARE, Chitubox or Lychee.
The construction volume of the LONGER Orange 4K is 118 x 66 x 190 mm, which means that there is enough space for figures and models. The print speed of the Orange 4K COLOR is 30mm/hour, while the Orange 4K MONO reaches up to 60mm/hour.
