LaserPecker will unveil its U1 UV laser engraver for the first time at IFA 2026 in Berlin. The U1 will be available with 5W and 10W UV laser sources and offers an innovative autofocus and positioning solution for transparent materials. 10W UV laser for glass cutting
Cut glass. Engrave deeper. Work faster. With a power output of 10 W, the UV laser combines high processing power with the precision of UV cold machining, enabling clean, detailed results on a wide variety of materials.
Autofocus for transparent materials
Sensor-based autofocus and intelligent automation functions simplify the processing of transparent workpieces. Crystal objects are automatically detected and focused, allowing the workflow for internal engraving to be carried out with reduced manual setup effort.
Intelligent 3D engraving on irregular surfaces
The U1 scans complex surfaces, captures their contours, and automatically adjusts the focus position to the respective geometry. Whether irregularly shaped objects or curved surfaces – the system intelligently adapts the engraving process to the shape of the workpiece, thus reducing the effort required for manual calibration.
Simply implement extraordinary ideas
Unnecessary lens changes are eliminated: A single lens supports both internal and surface engraving. If a change is required for a specific application, the U1 automatically detects the installed lens and loads the appropriate parameters. Combined with the safety of laser class 1, the U1 makes demanding engraving applications simpler, cleaner, and more accessible. From crystal gifts and awards to glass products, signage, and works of art, the U1 delivers precise, consistent engraving results.
Availability
The LaserPecker U1 represents the latest development stage of the company's UV laser technology and is offered in 5 W and 10 W versions.
