Robust design with IP68 protection
The foldable phone features an aerospace-grade aluminum back and is the first Google foldable with IP68 certification. This makes it protected against dust and temporary submersion, something that hasn't been a given in this device class.
According to Google, the new hinge is twice as durable as the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Combined with a reinforced Super Actua Flex display made of ultra-thin glass and double protective films, it should withstand over ten years of use.
Two bright displays

The thinner display edges make the outer display appear larger without making the case bulkier. This puts Google in the same league as Samsung with the Galaxy z fold7, but offers the overall brighter panel.
Thanks to the large internal display, multitasking becomes a core feature. Two apps can be used side by side, and content can be moved via drag and drop. This makes the foldable device suitable for both productivity and entertainment.
Larger battery and Pixel Snap
At 5.015 mAh, the battery is the largest ever in a Google foldable. Google promises over 30 hours of battery life, and thanks to 30W fast charging, you can get 50 percent in about 30 minutes.
Also new is the integration of Pixelsnap, a magnetic system that supports wireless charging up to 15 W (Qi2) as well as magnetic accessories such as stands or mounts.
Pro-level camera system
The Pixel 10 Pro Fold inherits many of the strengths of the Pixel 10 Pro models:

With a super-res zoom of up to 20x and familiar features like "Best Shot" and "Camera Coach," Google is putting photography in the spotlight on the foldable device as well. A new feature is Instant View, which instantly displays an image preview on the large display when the device is unfolded.
Tensor G5 with Gemini integration
Under the hood is the new Tensor G5, developed jointly with DeepMind. It brings Google's Gemini Nano model directly to the device, allowing many generative AI functions to run without the cloud.
These include Gemini Live (real-time conversation), the daily overview, and AI-powered camera features like "Add Me" and "Enhance Photo."

The Pixel 10 Pro Fold is available for pre-order now and will be available in stores from October 9, 2025. Prices start at €1.899 (256 GB). One year of Google AI Pro is included.
