Compact dimensions, powerful performance

The MXW70 features the manufacturer's signature half-size design and measures just 21,5 cm wide. Despite its compact size, it delivers 2 x 125 watts into 4 ohms in stereo mode. In bridged mode, it delivers up to 250 watts into 8 ohms, making it ideal for larger speakers or multi-channel setups.

In addition to RCA and XLR inputs, the power amplifier offers stable speaker connections as well as 12V trigger input and output to conveniently operate the system automatically.

MXN10: Versatile streaming all-rounder

The already available MXN10 is the perfect companion to the new power amplifier. It handles both music streaming and the preamplifier function. Numerous services are supported, including Amazon Music, Qobuz, Tidal, Spotify, and Deezer. Connection is possible via Wi-Fi, LAN, Bluetooth 5.0, AirPlay 2, Chromecast, or UPnP. Local content from USB storage devices can also be played.

The MXN10 is controlled via the in-house StreamMagic app, which allows access to all functions even when the device is hidden in the cabinet.

DacMagic 200M: DAC and headphone amplifier

Those looking for a powerful digital-to-analog converter can complement the system with the DacMagic 200M. Two ESS Sabre converters enable high-resolution audio up to 24-bit/768 kHz and MQA. The integrated headphone amplifier and analog volume control also make the device attractive for headphone enthusiasts.

Price and availability

The MXW70 is now available in Cambridge Audio Webshop and available from specialist retailers. The price is 599 euros (RRP).
